2. How to submit a request

Send a written request to legal@ownpayltd.com. We respond within 30 calendar days of receipt. If a request is complex or bundled with others, we may extend the response window by two months and will tell you why.

Identity verification may be required where it is proportionate to the sensitivity of the request.

3. Supervisory authorities

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our primary supervisory authority is the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), ico.org.uk. EU residents may also contact the supervisory authority in their country of residence.
